I am representing Noemi Kirkwood, the owner of Wavey Boats (waveyboats.com)
"So, we are selling our business, which sells through an online store and B2B sales.
The business did €45k in revenue last year (2023), €7k in 2022.
We have another business and this was always a side project, it has grown into a beautiful business but just not something we have time for.
The margins are high, and with the right leadership, there is no reason the company couldn't grow to €60k or even €100k in 2024.
Time permitting, we will do everything we can to help the new owners. Ideally, the new owners would be based in Central Europe so we can deliver the items, stock, and materials personally - but we can also ship the equipment worldwide.
On Acquire & Empire Flippers, the valuation is between €50 - 75k, but we really need to sell before the season starts due to our other commitments, so we would be looking to take €20k - we can provide some seller financing for the right buyer, but ideally, for this amount it would be an immediate payment.
The price includes all the stock, equipment, a custom IT system, websites, branding, and materials. There are a few works in progress that would also be taken on by the new buyer.
We welcome any serious buyers and are an open book when it comes to questions about the business. We have a registered business with accounts and taxes paid/filed on time with public records.
