The VilMill underlays offered by gw-systems are a specialized milling substrate with a selected layer of glue, which serves as the basis between the workpiece and the milling table.
The fiber clearly supports feed rates during milling. In the case of small elements, the fastening of the non-woven fabric significantly reduces the working time.
Even very small cut parts are held securely on the table.
Thanks to small components, the mounting increases the reliability of the cutting process and also reduces the number of reworks.
It can be used for a wide range of materials, such as aluminum, copper, plastics, felt, mdf, chipboard and other composite materials.
