This innovative rapid internal heating system offers sensitive protection to chemicals and viscous foodstuffs such as syrups, honey, molasses and fats which are notoriously difficult to process. Designed for insertion into 1000 Litre IBCs, the finned, food safe heating element heats the contents directly with the base of the heating unit next to the outlet valve.

Information Time Guidelines
- Water - heats at about 3°C per hour.
- Glucose - raised from 20°C to 55°C in 16 hours.
- Beef Tallow - from a solid block at ambient temperature to 70°C overnight.
